There is no better way to put our money where our mouth is.​​ Every new client gets their first hire without being charged for it. How do you do it?

We also streamline the process using employee value propositions, bespoke online candidate assessments, management information and constant analysis of what's working and what isn't. What is the catch?

Nothing. Recruitment is a saturated market, in order to stand out we have learned to differentiate ourselves in a way that benefits all parties. And it works. Like most recruiters, we prefer a short period of exclusivity on the roles given to us, but if you want, we can also manage your usual supply chain to ensure a single point of contact and maximum market coverage during this time. This allows us to provide all of our value-added services at no-cost so you reach maximum efficiency for minimum effort and cost.

What have I got to lose?

10 minutes and a coffee. We can leave earlier though. We only work with people that meet us. That way we can understand your business and you can understand ours. This allows us to properly sell your organisation and the opportiunity to candidates so they fully understand your culture and requirements and are more likely to thrive in their new role with you. Realisically it takes much longer than 10 minutes to do this, but if you don't think our way of working will suit your way of working, we won't be offended and will make ourselves scarce.
