Neurodivergent university students may face additional challenges when transitioning from university into professional environments, particularly in navigating workplace expectations, managing their energy and communicating their needs effectively.

NeuroDiver Campus is a 7-week workplace readiness programme that prepares neurodivergent students for internships and employment. Through workshops, practical activities, virtual co-working sessions and personalised resources, students develop strategies for workplace readiness, energy management and self-advocacy.

By sponsoring this programme, organisations can help neurodivergent students enter the workforce better prepared and supported, while contributing towards a more inclusive future workforce.

 

Project Details

• Beneficiaries: Neurodivergent university students

• Duration: 7-week programme with 6 months of platform access and internship check-ins

• Support: Workshops, practical activities, virtual co-working, personalised Work Playbook, student resources and internship support

• Sponsor-a-Student: From RM1,800 to RM 61,200

• Dedicated Cohort: RM62,387 for 35 students, including impact evaluation, reporting and employee engagement opportunities
